Before real estate, Maz spent over a decade in cancer genomics research at UHN, Sinai Health, and the University of Toronto. That work was built entirely on reading data carefully and getting the details right. He brought that same discipline into real estate, and built CIEL to serve GTA families, investors, and francophone and newcomer clients with the same rigour.
Today he leads CIEL Homes & Condos alongside Monika Kostrzewa, Salesperson, with hundreds of transactions closed across Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, and the wider GTA.
Before real estate, Monika spent a decade at DuPont in product management, sales, and account management, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt. She brought that same discipline into real estate in 2016, with a particular talent for staging and a work ethic her clients notice. A McGill graduate, she also volunteered with United Way Greater Toronto for eight years.
Today she helps clients buy, sell, and lease across the GTA, always putting their needs first, as part of CIEL Homes & Condos at Right at Home Realty, Brokerage.
